In order to follow-up with the open journal copyright policy, authors are required to transfer all copyrights in and to the manuscript submitted in all forms and media to the publisher of the journal, namely, Barpeta Obstetric & Gynaecological Society (BOGS) to be effective if and when the paper is accepted for publication in 'The New Indian Journal of OBGYN'.
